Custom Wire Forms

Wire forms by Springfield Spring are manufactured using CNC machinery. We are able to work with wire diameters ranging from .010" to .187" (.254 to 4.749 mm) or, for flat wire, can easily handle widths of up to .080" (2.032 mm). Select from spherical, conical, or pointed ends; materials ranging from stainless steel to beryllium copper to Inconel alloy; or finishes spanning black oxide to clear or yellow zinc to phosphate with oil.
