Our tooling manufacturing plant, a part of the Strandex Global Technical Center, is located in Madison, Wisconsin, adjacent to the Strandex extrusion testing facility. There, we utilize the latest in machining technology, including CNC-machining and turning centers, and advancedwire EDMandsinking EDMtechniques to provide you with superior tooling.

Our facility is designed to speed the delivery of new tooling technology to you, as well as serve as a resource for your production tooling. With new advanced materials being applied to composites every day, the demands are ever-increasing in the tooling industry for higher production speed, better capstock uniformity, and improved color streak technology. At Strandex, our experienced engineering group uses the most advanced design software, including Solid Works, to meet these tooling challenges head on every day.
