Known worldwide for producing high quality work, a customer in Singapore contracted with Avalon Labels to create these self-laminating, self-labeling device sheets. The customer-supplied specifications called for each 2.5" wide by 7.00" long sheet to be comprised of 15 smaller, 0.80" x 1" labels and four larger 0.50" x 1.50" labels. Using clear vinyl, we printed the labels on our Gerber FX Printer/Envsion plotter combination that enables highly precise digital die cutting. Careful inspection revealed that the labels were perfectly calibrated and within the .005" tolerances of the specification. This fast turnaround order was shipped to our customer in the electronics industry with less than one week.
