Avalon Labels produced these Ethernet port labels on a rapid, 3-day turnaround for a customer in the semiconductor industry. Measuring 11.64" x 2.40", the specifications called for a 0.002" thick white polyester substrate, a 0.001" thick clear matte polyester laminate, and a permanent adhesive backing. The labels were designed according to ASME Y14.5M - 1994 ASME Y14.38 - 1999 standards and feature 0.120" high easy-to read white, black, and blue Helvetica characters on varying background colors and a blue and black border.

We used our Edge FX printer, which uses heat and pressure to infuse long lasting colors onto the durable substrate used for this project, and laminated the labels on our Workhorse Laminator. The custom barcode labels were then precisely die-cut on our Envision plotter. Careful inspection ensured that the close ± 0.005 tolerances were met, and the two hundred sheets in this order were shipped to the customer right on schedule.
