We labor over our croissants to create light and flaky pastries that you could expect to see in a Paris café. The trick to a perfect croissant is the delicate process of layering alternating thin sheets of dough and fresh butter. Once the formed dough goes into a hot oven the water in the butter evaporates and creates the many beautiful layers that make croissants a favorite pastry treat. We bake savory and sweet croissants to suit all tastes.
