Cooling Conditioner

Formulated with natural citrus oils, Cooling Conditioner lightly conditions hair and scalp. Rosemary extract tones and moisturizes.

Application: After shampooing, work a small amount of conditioner onto hair and scalp so that it distributes evenly. Rinse well.
