Employed and self-employed individuals who use their own vehicles predominately for business will, in all likelihood, need to purchase a Commercial Vehicle Insurance policy.

Some insurance companies will not insure certain types of commercial vehicles, like taxi and limo services, hazardous waster haulers, emergency vehicles and driving schools.
