Florida Sheriffs Association Office Complex, located at 2617 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, Florida. Work will include one new two (2) story building of approximately 17,000 sqft. Structure will be steel and concrete. Exterior skin will be structural studs, brick, precast concrete and stone cladding. Interior spaces will include office space, auditorium space, a residential kitchen and conference rooms with a highly finished lobby entrance. Systems/equipment will include one, two (2) stop hydraulic elevator, Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) mechanical system, high end lighting, fire sprinklers and telcom system. The site itself is approximately 3 acres and will include selective demo, earthwork, paving, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation.
