CMS-1099 Can Measurement Station

This all-in-one measurement system measures Can Height, Flange Width, Seam Thickness, Countersink Depth. Each section of this compact can measurement station is specifically designed for maximum accuracy, and excellent repeatability and reproducibility (R&R). Individual gauging fixtures are sometimes hard to manage, and can leave your tabletop cluttered with wires and components. All sections of this can measuring system are connected internally, and no separate multiplexer is required.

An integrated microprocessor allows the gauge to be PC-independent; eliminating any potential downtime due to computer related issues.Connecting the Can Measurement Station to a PC, however, is as easy as connecting one RS232 cable from the gauge to the PC, allowing for data transfer directly into Visionary QC or other data acquisition software.
