Circuit Protection

NTE's line of circuit protection devices encompasses a great deal of products:

• Disc Thermostats - in both open on rise and close on rise configurations. These thermostats range from 59° to 302°F
• Fuses - glass and ceramic, cartridge and leaded, automotive, slow-blow and fast acting
• Thermal Cut-Offs (Thermal Fuses) - with opening temperatures from 151° to 464°F
• Gas-filled Surge Arrestors - from 75 volts to 240 volts
• Integrated Circuit Protectors - precise and extremely stable protection
• Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) - from 10 volts to 480 volts with surge current ratings up to 6500 amps
• Overvoltage Transient Suppressors - both bidirectional and unidirectional types with ratings from 5 volts to 376 volts
• SIDACs - bidirectional thyristor diodes for use in high voltage igniters, fluorescent lighting, high voltage power supplies
• Thermal Circuit Breakers - both panel mount and cartridge types, with ratings from .25 amps to 30 amps
• Polymeric PTC Resettable Fuses - these radial lead fuses feature high hold current and solid state operation. A variety of ratings are available and are perfect for computers, security and fire alarm systems, automotive electronics and much more
