The reliability and performance of the Magnum 620 has been updated with a deadhead capable version (D-Style). The 620D chemical pump is the answer to problems in chemical delivery and recirculation applications where system backpressures are high and often fluctuate. The 620D can be put at a standstill when all valves in a system are shut off and immediately respond with a return in flow once valves are opened. This pump is constructed with a 100% PTFE and PFA fluid path, no metal parts, and no elastomer seals to offer an ultrapure pumping solution that is compatible with virtually all chemicals. The air-operated Trebor® Magnum 620 Chemical Pump is the technological advancement of Trebor's Magnum 610; an industry leading high purity diaphragm pump. The 620 has no metal parts or elastomer O-ring seals, and incorporates many of the same patented design elements as Trebor's innovative Maxim pumps, including thread-on pump heads, ceramic non-centering shuttle valve, a built-in adjustable exhaust muffler, and PTFE diaphragms for exceptional flex life. With flow capacity up to 12 gpm, the 620 offers exceptional performance from a very small package. The Magnum 620 also requires only simple annual preventative maintenance without pump disassembly and offers at least two years between expected rebuild intervals. Its compact and simple design makes the field serviceable Magnum 620 one of the lowest cost of ownership pumps available today.
