Chamber drying for calcination of electrodes
Drying chambers are intended for carrying out processes of drying and calcination of electrodes.
The chamber is executed in a welded framework from steel profiles and contains the working chamber (muffle) made of sheet steel. In a working chamber five shelves on which containers for electrodes are installed are located (25 pieces, are included in the package of delivery).
Drying cabinet futerovan high-quality modern heat-insulating materials on the basis of basalt fiber.
The Tubular Electric Heaters (TEH) are intended for heating of various environments by convection, heat conductivity or radiation by means of transformation of electric energy to thermal and represent a curved tube of a given size with carving conclusions for connection to the power supply.
The drying chamber is equipped with the fan of system of compulsory circulation of the atmosphere which creates circulation of a stream of air in a working zone and provides uniform distribution of temperature on all volume of a working chamber.
The electric furnace is equipped with a convenient rotary door. Control and regulation of temperature in the electric furnace is carried out by the microprocessor electronic control unit with digital indication of temperature.
