Applications

Cel-Span® Cedar is an effective masterbatch for polyolefins especially HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE used to enhance aroma of the natural resin. The product is best utilized at a 2% - 5% in LDPE, HDPE or LLDPE of blown/cast film applications, injection and Blow molding applications.

Toxicity & Safety

No adverse health effects from the use of Cel-Span® Cedar are known. This product is non-dusting and the additives are GRAS approved.

Packaging

Cel-Span® Cedar is packaged in 55 lb. plastic bags and 1,100 lb. Gaylord boxes. We recommend that this product be kept closed and kept in it's original container, away from sunlight, heat and high humidity environments. Cel-Span® Cedar, once blended, should be processed and not stored for future use. Opened packages should be vacuum sealed or closed tightly to limit oxygen permeation and premature migration of additives into the atmosphere.
