Castlegate Buffet

The intelligent lines, dominant scale and uniquely English detail come together in this Buffet & Leaded Glass Hutch to impress both owner and guests. Hand crafted in solid alder and hand selected ash veneer. Each hand-made drawer pull and doorknob was inspired from traditional courtyard gates in 19th century England.

With a single touch of the door hinge of this grand buffet and hutch light dances through 82 individually leaded and beveled pieces of glass shelves, in each side showcase, two wood framed glass shelves, in the center and two glass bottom upper cabinets. Beyond this elegant beauty, the utility of this piece is also impressive. In each of the buffet's upper drawers, there are felt-lined flatware beds for your finest silver. In the center of the hutch, there is a spacious drawer, hiding behind the facade of three smaller apothecary drawer fronts. Every drawer and door front throughout the case is fitted with its own hand-finished burnished English gate hardware. The lower section of the buffet are large storage areas and partitions with adjustable and removable shelves.
