Carpet Cleaning

Our special multi-cleanse process for cleaning carpeting (Orientals) is called the Red Carpet Treatment. We use the most effective cleaning agents on the market. They include special fiber softeners to make your fabrics feel like new and optic brighteners to restore the luster of original colors.

First we move all your furniture very carefully. We then go over and pre-extract any loose soil or grit with a heavy duty industrial extractor. We do all the corners and edges with the nozzle very thoroughly. There's no preparation necessary at all on your part, unless you have any small nick knacks you prefer moving yourself. We then pre-spot the carpet with our own special spotters working on any stains or heavy traffic lanes that need a little extra attention. We then apply a special foam into the carpet, which disinfects as we clean and loosens any of the deeply embedded soil at the base of the fibers. This actually lifts it up so we can remove it completely with our industrial wet/dry extractor. Then we reinspect the carpet for any remaining stains and re-spot wherever necessary.

We then apply a protective coating that shields your fabrics and gives them a resiliency against any future soil or spills. We go over your carpet with a special carpet groomer that lifts the nap up and helps restore your heavily matted traffic areas. We replace all your furniture with carpet protectors to prevent any rust or furniture stains. The carpet is 80% dry when we're finished and you can walk on it right away as long as you're not tracking any soil in from outdoors.
