C&S Companies has established a globally accredited building information modeling (BIM) services division. We have adopted BIM into their daily production, increasing productivity and decreasing time spent on requests for information. BIM uses technology to establish a digital representation of the physical aspects of a facility in 3 dimensions with embedded object information and/or intelligence. The model can be used as a repository for facility information and used by electronic facility management systems. C&S uses BIM for multi-disciplined vertical construction projects to provide high-quality and efficient designs. In addition, C&S has used BIM on several design-build projects to effectively link design and construction. C&S has the ability and the resources to conduct full building assessments, data gathering, asset tracking, and custom maintenance record creation for any type of facility or structure. C&S has made significant investments to ensure our designers and engineers are trained on latest BIM software packages.
