HAZCLEAN's experience with distressed properties extends back prior to the descriptor "Brownfields". Our business focus has been to characterize distressed properties, assess the risk of ownership and/or reclamation of distressed properties, and assist with engineering projects for the ultimate disposition of distressed properties, including reclamation for reuse. In addition to HAZCLEAN's extensive experience in managing hazardous site characterization and remediation projects, E. Corbin McGriff, Jr., Ph.D., P.E., President and Director of HAZCLEAN Operations, is a licensed real estate professional with established relationships in the commercial property development and financial service industries, giving HAZCLEAN a unique perspective in evaluating and reclaiming Brownfield properties for re-introduction to the industrial marketplace. HAZCLEAN is currently teaming with a local commercial property real estate broker to evaluate and develop out-of-service near-Brownfield type properties.
