Description
These briskets are typically tougher than either our Black Angus briskets or Kosher Pastures Briskets (100% Grass Fed American Angus beef, no added hormones, no antibiotics, 50% cholestrol). We therefore recommend you cook this brisket for the same time that you would cook any other brisket and then place in the refrigerator for about 6 hours to cool down. Once cooled down, thinly slice the brisket and then put it back in the sauce, spreading the sauce between the slices so that the sauce is absorbed by the meat. Cover the meat using Aluminum foil and freeze for for at least 24 hours. Before serving it, remove from the freezer and defrost. Cook covered for 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 350 Fahrenheit before serving. We have 3 different Brisket recipes.
