Book Stacker

Keystone Automation proudly offers their BOOK STACKER for the printing and binding industry. It is designed to accurately and quickly stack perfect bound books. This machine is very similar to the Loach stackers commonly found in many binderies around the world. It utilizes state of the art PLC and servo controls. It will stack books at speeds up to 65 piles per minute. The infeed conveyor runs at 550 feet per minute. The internal discharge conveyor has driven rollers. The welded frame is constructed out of ¼" thick 2" square steel. It can handle books up to 12 ½" wide by 20" in length. This is a very high quality - heavy duty machine that will provide years of dependable service.
