Since June, 2014 the mass production of new type of blocks of valves assembled with regulators stabilizers of pressure of the PC series and butterfly valves of the ZR series is begun.
In these blocks the regulator stabilizer is installed in front of the first gate-type valve which provides decrease in entrance pressure to necessary size and its stabilization irrespective of change of an expense. Depending on requirements of the customer in the block the butterfly valve can be established. The gate is installed on a block entrance in front of the first gate-type valve or at the block exit after the second gate-type valve. Application of butterfly valves as a part of the block allows to receive the compact sizes of reinforcing group and the required adjusting characteristic. Before the order of blocks of valves it is desirable to coordinate settings of output pressure of the regulator stabilizer with regulators stabilizers of pressure previously.
Blocks of electromagnetic valves are intended for use in systems of remote control of gas burner devices of coppers, heatgenerators and other heating installations in quality of locking regulator and security service.
Blocks of electromagnetic valves consist of separate valves in aluminum or steel cases. Blocks gather according to schemes and can be completed with gas filters, sensors relays of pressure and other devices which provide full tightness of blocks. Details of blocks are made of corrosion-resistant materials (aluminum, stainless steel, pentaresistant rubber). Each valve of the block is equipped with an electric connector with the built-in rectifier and a ground contact.
Use of blocks allows to lower labor costs at installation, provides convenience of service, allows to reduce considerably material capacity, dimensions and, respectively, allows to reduce the cost of reinforcing group of torches noticeably. All blocks of valves allow to make prestarting control of tightness of valves on any available algorithm of check.

C3H-4-56, where
- With – designation of a series;
- 3 – the connecting size in inches;
- N – normally closed initial condition of the main valves;
- 4 – the number of valves in the block;
- 56 – number of the block.
