Conventional
Place slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Drain on paper towel.
Microwave
Place layer of paper towels in a shallow microwavable dish. Lay bacon stripes on top and cover with another layer of paper towels to prevent spattering. Set microwave on Medium (NOT HIGH) to achieve best results. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking times to suit your oven and cooking preference.
Pan Fry
Fry over medium heat (375°F), turning frequently for 3 to 6 minutes.
