Automatic Filling Machines - Gravity Filler

Automatic gravity filling machines are an economical choice for filling lower viscosity, free-flowing products. These filling machines use a simple filling principle and can come equipped with as many as sixteen fill heads.

An overhead tank is used to hold product above the gravity filler nozzles. Once containers are in place, the nozzles will open for a pre-set amount of time, allowing product to enter the bottles or containers. Once completed, the nozzles close and the bottles are released to move down the power conveyor to the next packaging phase.  LPS gravity filling machines allow each head to be timed individually for greater volumetric accuracy.   Automatic fillers use an indexing system and an easy to use PLC-based operator interface to limit the need for operator intervention.   For more information visit: www.liquidpackagingsolution.com
