The complex provides real - time data bases for energy and water consumption with a discreteness of 30 minutes, issuance of current and forecast reports on expenses taking into account the season, work schedules of the institution, number of inhabitants, tariff zones, etc.

The structure, user interface and program implementation of algorithms for data collection and processing are adapted for implementation of dynamic energy management in the municipal area.
