Asahi Sunac RH Series High-Speed, Two-Die, Three-Blow Cold Headers

Also known as "The Switch Header" this series of precision high-speed, two-die, three-blow cold headers from Asahi Sunac can be run with either Positive or Fingerless Transfer System. Ability to "switch" from positive to fingerless in only a few minutes time greatly expands the range of product types available to this format.

RH Series headers are especially well suited to short and stepped-shank parts often no-quoted due to difficulties for tool design and machine setup when using conventional machines.
