Increasing the efficiency of operation of wells at different stages of their processing is the most promising direction in the oil and gas industry.
Gist of development
The technology of acoustic influence on productive layers makes it possible to increase the oil and gas extraction several times (from 15 to 300% ), gas condensate and water wells through the dispersal of contaminated and weakly permeable zones of beds. The equipment consists of a ground source of power (generator) and a borehole device - an emitter made on the basis of piezoelectric converters. Power consumption - not more than 5 kW.
Main advantages of development
Compared to the existing equipment, the available technology and equipment based on it have a number of significant advantages: the use in an emitter of high - temperature piezoelectric converters in place of magnetostrictive devices allows to increase the electromechanical coupling coefficient by at least one third. In addition, the radiation of multi - frequency ultrasonic waves increases the efficiency of acoustic influence on physical and chemical processes at the interface of the productive fluid - liquid, which leads to an increase in the inflow of oil or gas condensate.
