Archon's accounting group provides financial and tax reporting to portfolio owners and lenders, services senior debt, and monitors compliance with debt instrument terms. Focusing primarily on cash management, expense control, and quality and consistency of reporting, we efficiently oversee more than 400 partnerships. Our income tax accounting group provides planning and compliance for all operating partnership entities, general partners and management entities. Tax planning and strategy is considered in all aspects of the business from initial portfolio acquisition to development, financing asset operations and sales.
