State of intellectual property protection
Received a patent of Ukraine for the utility model.
Market Demand
The results of the development can be implemented for practical purposes when conducting research in scientific institutions.
The development readiness status
The development is implemented in research laboratories.
The essence of development
The method is implemented as follows: aflatoxin B1, prepared by conjugation with a carrier protein and the creation of an emulsion through the addition of conjugation. It is introduced to laying hens by 0. 5 - 1 ml subcutaneously in the lower part of the neck and chest muscles three times on the 1st, 10th and 20th day of the immunization cycle. It is followed by the receipt of egg yolk diagnostic immunoglobulins. In 30 days after the first immunization the trial selection of eggs for determination of the titer of specific antibodies is carried out. In the case of the titer of specific antibodies 1: 640 and above is achieved which is determined by the strongly phase enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), a daily selection of eggs is carried out. The collection of eggs is carried out until the determination of the fact of reducing the titer about specific antibodies in ELISA till 1: 640
