3M Scotchcal Translucent Graphic Film Series 3630

Use this 2 mil, translucent, cast vinyl film for permanent, durable interior or exterior graphics on internally-illuminated sign faces or awnings. It can be used in thermoforming with rigid plastic surfaces under well-controlled conditions as described in 3M technical literature. The low surface gloss eliminates glare and provides a uniform color in both reflected and transmitted light. The translucent synthetic liner facilitates multi-color registration, has superior lay-flat characteristics in all shop humidity conditions, and does not split if wet. More than 50 colors are offered, many of which have simulated PANTONE references.

The clear, pressure sensitive adhesive of this film allows quick adhesion to a substrate. The film applies best to flat surfaces without rivets. Recommended substrates include flexible sign facing or rigid substrates such as flat acrylic, PETG sheet, polycarbonate, and glass.
